  • 1.  Password Expiration Behavior

    Can anyone tell me if PureCloud will send a notification out to a user telling them their password is expired, or getting ready to expire? Is the only notice shown if the user tries to login, then it tells them it has expired?

    Hi Angelia,

    There is no reminder or notification for that.

    When the password expires, administrators have to change it manually.

    I have seen this idea in the portal:
