I'm looking for a way to leverage an existing Data Action to update a record in our CRM if a particular Wrap-Up Code is used.
Basically user wraps up call, wrap-up code string value is patched to the leadID record in CRM by running the data action.
Is there a way to do this using Rule Management instead of Scripts?
