    How would you be looking to integrate?  We have many customers asking about integration points including:
    • Reporting time on queue back to HR System for timecards
    • Checking HR system for time-off requests and approvals
    • Feeding back time-off request to HR systems
    • Checking HR system for work limits to be used for work plans
    As you can see, there are many aspects that could be integrated and many more than I have listed.  I think there are ways to integrate individualized functions at a web service level, but full-blown integration is going to be a challenge, especially getting HR to allow access to that data to the 'phone guys'

    Hey Brent,

    I'm diving into a new project, integrating Paylocity's HRIS with Genesys and their LMS module. 

    I've been looking at their webhooks, specifically:

    • Time-Off Requests: They have Time Off Approval Webhooks that trigger when supervisors/managers approve requests (though heads up - no webhook support for cancellations or changes)
    • Schedules/TimeCard: There's a Get Shifts NextGen endpoint that pulls detailed employee shift info - start/end times, roles, skills needed, locations, the whole nine yards

    They've got some other APIs in the same docs, too, but I'm waiting on permissions in the Paylocity environment before I can really dig in.

    Now here's the interesting part about the LMS integration - turns out Genesys Cloud needs an actual partnership with Paylocity to access those endpoints. I reached out to their tech partnerships team at Techpartnerships@paylocity.com to see if there's already something in place, but I'm still waiting to hear back. Fingers crossed that's the right path forward!

    I'll keep you posted once I hear back from them and get those Paylocity permissions sorted out. Should have a clearer picture of what we're working with soon.
