Hi there,
- Got PCSD up and running but the CSV files stays empty... I see the he is retrieving information but I don't get any results. What can it be? No error messages are shown. Version 1.6.0.0
- What is the value for /participant-attrs? I tried 1, True, Yes.. (A type of boolean, optional parameter. It controls wheter participant attributes have to be exported)

I believe participant attributes are all string type key/value pairs.

Who can help me with this part?

I am getting stats now (conversations only) but /participant-attrs is not working...

Hi, once you export the data to the CSV file you can only see conversations data. The CSV plugin doesn't support aggregates and participant attributes. They are supported by the SQL plugin only.

@Dariusz, Thanks for your reply. Is 'adding participant attributes for CSV' on the roadmap? I have an attribute for registration if an inbound call goes to next flow due to maximum waiting time. I use the newly implemented 'CurrectQueue.Name' to store the origin of the call. No report can give me the information about (internal/external) overflow. I was hoping to get this info from PCSD. Storing and hopefully retrieving this attribute give us the information which department has issues with SLA's / # agents needed etc.

Hi, you can export the data to the SQL db instead of CSV file. Then participant attributes can be exported.

@Dariusz, we don't have MSSQL :( I hope it is on the roadmap for CSV files..

@RogierBosch, you are the first person we know of who has requested this feature and we will take your request into consideration.
PCSD does not have a roadmap at this time. Bear in mind that this is not an official Genesys application. This application is open source and intended to address some specific needs. While it is developed and maintained by a team inside Genesys, it is provided without any support.
I understand that your request is valid. Do you have any developers maybe who you could leverage to add this into the main application? This should not be too hard.
Thanks, Pierrick Lozach Manager, PureCloud Services, EMEA

Hi @pierrick, How are you doing? how was the EMEA PureCloud Partner summit?
There is always a first person :) Happy to be that one. For the coming few month our dev department is fully booked.

Was great, thanks! Partners are presenting their demos today
I added a new enhancement request to the PCSD repository: https://bitbucket.org/eccemea/purecloud-stats-dispatcher/issues/25/add-aggregates-and-participant-attributes so we can track requests from others.
