  • 1.  Pending Evaluations - What happens to them if not completed?

    My QA team is testing out policies for auto assigning call evaluations. They want to know what happens if an evaluation is left 'pending' and not actually completed. For example, they get too many assigned for an agent during one month. If they just leave them, will they eventually auto delete? Will they just sit out there forever? Should they go in and delete them manually? Is there a deadline that they have for deleting pending evaluations?

    Hello Nettie,

    I am going to try and address your questions, starting with the expiration timeline. Pending evaluations will expire after 90 days from their assignment date. They can also expire when the associated interaction is purged from the system. 

    For auto deletion, evaluations do not automatically delete themselves. They will expire after 90 days, but still need manually removed if desired. 

    Some important best practices. It's recommended to actively manage pending evaluations rather than letting them sit. Your quality manager can manually delete unnecessary evaluations through the interface.
