Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi,

Our customer is asking us to configure the Relationships.

We have some specific supervisors, having more than twenty people directly reporting to them.

While attempting to manage all the direct reports to each of the supervisors, I've found that this is limited to only fifteen.

Is there any way to increase this limit?

There is currently a bug (being worked on) that prevents the view from functioning properly when you click more in that view. You can see all of someone's reports in the Tree View or Card View (icons upper right on that profile page).

You can open a case with Customer Care to add your site to the list of those who need it fixed, and hopefully receive an update when the fix is released.

I have already sent a Support Request to have this issue and also for another issue with relationships (also posted by myself in the Discussions regarding the problem with two supervisors sharing four Team Leaders)

Hope these can be taken into account to be solved.

We got notification of a fix release scheduled for tomorrow. In the mean time, it looks like they made it worse. The Relationships section was removed for users with more than 15 peers. I hope our hierarchy will be reinstated.
