  • 1.  People->Relationships->Two supervisors managing four Team Leaders

    Following the request received from one of our customers, we found the following problem:

    Impoissible to manage Relationships when we have one manager, two Supervisors depending on the manager, and four Team Leaders depending on the two Supervisors and several people (teams) depending upon each of the Team Leaders.

    It seems that it is forbidden to crreate this kind of structure where the two Supervisorrs cannot have the four Team Leaders reporting directly to them.

    Can anyone helo?

    This is not an unsusual situation as it is difficult to understand why this cannot be managed.

    Will this be taken into account for a feature enhacement?

    It would be important to have this changed to fulfil customer's requests.

    The closest thing I know of would to be to create "dotted-line" relationships for those people (under the subordinate individual's profile). 

    Under Relationships it would look like:


    However, it does not show up in the hierarchy or card views.

    You have to add a new Team Lead, Save, then Edit again and add another Team Lead.
