    Hello,

    How can I build a permission set that the Agent can only see the Section "my performance"? I tried different Settings in permissions but the Agent always can see the Data of other divisions in the section "Call center".

    Have you created a separate Role for each set of agents and assigned a single Division to that role to see how much is locked down? Also, look through all the permissions assigned to see which are Division-Aware...not all data is controlled by Divisions.

    there was one point in the permissions I've not see, now it works.
