When running Call queue performance for prior 3 months we are not able to get the data as it comes back blank or partially populated. Sometimes if we do only one month we get the information but it makes it difficult to pull quarterly stats. Does anyone know of a better way to get this data or is there an API that we can use to pull it differently?
