Hello,

Under Genesys > Performance > Workspace > DNIS Performance 

Is there a possibility to keep or select the same interval (time slot) when I chose 1 day or multiple days ?

For example, I want to check the number of interactions after opening hours (from 5:30 PM) without check all days or export reports for each day.

1 day = Interval is time slot

Some days (1 month) : Interval is day

Thanks for sharing this Vaun. I see that the idea is currently listed as Under PM Review and they've reached out for more info. Hopefully the PMs can gather everything that they need for working on this as a new feature.

The idea mentioned by Vaun corresponds to the researched functionality "filter by time interval" on DNIS Performance's view, a vote for it !

It is useful or useless to add an other idea for the same request ?

If the idea is the same as what Vaun submitted, you don't need to submit a new one. I would encourage you to leave a comment on that idea and let the PM know that this feature would be useful. If your request is different though, I would recommend submitting a new idea.
