Hello Everyone,
I appreciate your help. I have a licensed user who has "PureCloud - Supervisor" role. The previously had access to the Performance tab, Flow module. I have a feeling someone did something they shouldn't have and just aren't owning the change, but these users in this role are no longer able to see the Flow module. I've tried searching the permissions for "performance" and "flow" and added everything that I believe matches what it should be but its not giving them back that module. Does anyone have any idea which permissions grants that Performance > Flow view, read and modify?
