Genesys Education is excited to announce an update to the Genesys Cloud: Performance Views for Agents course.

This update reflects the feature enhancements around the Scheduled Exports view and the latest UI navigation .

You can now access Scheduled Exports from Menu > Analytics > Analytics Workspace > Other > Scheduled Exports. This view includes clearer details on expiring and expired exports, so you can take timely actions like renewing or downloading exports before they expire. You can also copy Export ID and Run ID to simplify tracking and troubleshooting. These updates give you greater visibility and control over your export data, helping you stay on top of reporting deadlines and manage exports more efficiently.
