    Is there any plans to allow admins to add additional columns to the Agent Overview?
    This is the view for agents to determine how they are performing.

    Unlike other dashboard views with the options to filter or add more columns, it would be great to be able to clearly define to agents their totals and reflect the same measures that appear under the over views.

    How do you share your agent performance with the tools provided in Purecloud?

    Hi Darryn-  yes we are planning to give agents more access to additional metrics.  The plan is to allow them access to the Performance > Agent detail views (performance, Evals, status and new calendar tab).  These views will look and behave the same as your current agent views.  We are expecting this to release later this year/ early next year.   This will automatically redirect them from their current views to these new views with the option for them to switch back to see the old view.
