Unfortunately this condition is programmed.
It has no effect on the display, my agent sees all the "Interactions" of his entire division and worse, he can see the "No-ACD" interactions.

It should be only their own interaction by default on the user permissions, otherwise you can add conditions, for example on Analytics -> Conversation Aggregate

Is there a specific authorization that controls this?
Problem I have is granting agents access to their own interactions.
Without having access to Contact Center interactions.
There seems to be no way of limiting them to their own interactions in this view.
