    Good morning

    So here is a first for me and I am stumped.  I didn't even realize a group of our agents were using the mobile app.  This morning I was informed Hello Team, agents are unable to access the GC Tempo app on their phones, for checking their schedules. they are getting Permission error - Your account does not have the permission to access Genesys tempo . Contact the Genesys Cloud Admin.  I have never configured or given permissions so unsure on how to rectify?

    Apparently our super admin removed the permissions as we have not approved use of it yet.  Sorry.  You can ignore this.
