Good morning
So here is a first for me and I am stumped. I didn't even realize a group of our agents were using the mobile app. This morning I was informed Hello Team, agents are unable to access the GC Tempo app on their phones, for checking their schedules. they are getting Permission error - Your account does not have the permission to access Genesys tempo . Contact the Genesys Cloud Admin. I have never configured or given permissions so unsure on how to rectify?
