    Good day 

    Genesys Cloud - Unable to get Customer External Contact Details. Error: Unable to get Genesys Cloud Customer External Contact Details. Error: Error while fetching: {"statusCode":403,"body":"{\"message\":\"Unable to perform the requested action. You must have at least one of the following permissions assigned: [relate:contact:view, externalContacts:contact:view]\",\"code\":\"missing.any.permissions\",

    Which permission must I assign to resolve this as I have assigned External contact view under telephony role which did not resolve the error and I assigned all permission for external contact however still see the error?

    Hi Neo,

    I believe you need relate:contact:view or externalContacts:contact:view permissions to view an external contact

    I have assigned this permission relate:contact:view or externalContacts:contact:view howeever I am still seeing the error.

    Hi Neo, 

    In that case I would raise a case with Customer Support and capture both Network and Console logs when loading the view, to add to the case so they can check why you are getting the error.
