Hi Neo,
In that case I would raise a case with Customer Support and capture both Network and Console logs when loading the view, to add to the case so they can check why you are getting the error.

Which permission must I assign to resolve this as I have assigned External contact view under telephony role which did not resolve the error and I assigned all permission for external contact however still see the error?
