I want to create an OAuth user to download unredacted transcripts from Genesys cloud. What set of permissions are needed to assign to the role for the OAuth user?

Hi @Ravish Hasija, 

The permission you are likely looking for is "Recording > Recording > ViewSensitiveData". This permission should allow users (or OAuth clients) to access the original recordings and view transcripts that are not redacted.

If you assign the "Recording > Recording > All permission", it also includes the ViewSensitiveData permission automatically.
