Does a list of permissions for each default role exist for Purecloud?

I can never remember the exact article, so I search the Resource Center for "roles and permissions" which leads me back to https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/products-roles-and-permissions-list/

It's not at the top of the results list, but when I scroll down and see it I remember the article.

Does Genesys have a description dictionary for each permission? There is a description next to each permission, but they are vague. It does not tell exactly how the system will behave when selecting a permission.
