    Hello Everyone,

    I need to have one role that can have both "PureCloud User" and "Communicate - User", but without making outbound calls.

    So, I have created a new role, I added the same permissions exist with "PureCloud User" and "Communicate - User", but without the following permissions:
    "Conversation  Call Add", "Conversation  Call  Add", "Conversation  callback  Create".

    However, my new role still can make outbound calls!!. Could you please let me know what permissions that have direct impact on making outbound calls?

    Hello Everyone,

    Is there a permission that is responsible for outbound calls only?
    I need to have an agent who can receive the inbound only.

    No, there is no permission to limit calls in that way.
