    Hello,

    Is it possible for agents to retain their pinned panels even after logging out?

    We have two widgets that are critical for them to always have open on all conversations, so looking for suggestion on how this could be done. This is causing teammates to open the second one manually each day and at times missing to as well.

    Just so I understand .. You want to make sure that two widgets cannot be hidden is that correct ?
