  • 1.  Phone Indicator Light?

    Has anyone found a product that will connect to Genesys to show when an individual is on the phone? Like a blinking light?  All the options we have researched won't connect to Genesys, only a desk phone.

    Just to confirm, are you looking for a solution that provides status lights for agents with the following indicators: Green for Available, Red for Busy, and Yellow for Away? These would represent different statuses and corresponding colors on the status light. If that's correct, please find the solution at the following link:
