  • 1.  Phone Management in my Genesys is lagging. Can't figure out how to fix it.

    The Phone Management section in my Genesys Chrome and desktop app is lagging. Everything else is running fine.

     I tried different browsers, rebooted multiple times and it's the same issue. Is there anything I can look at to fix this lag?

    Phone Management screens have been changing recently.  Try clearing your cache and see if that takes care of it.  Could be code with the same identification but with a different function is trapped there.
