  • 1.  Phone Number Audit - In use not in use

    No replies, thread closed.

    Does anyone know of a way to audit all of the numbers in purcloud and if they are in use?  If they are in use, where are they in use?

    Even if I can export out of a few places and figure it all out I will.  I just want to know if a number is a direct number to a person, inbound IVR or "dead".  It seems like the numbers and routing is all over the place so it is hard to audit.

    Have you looked at the information under Admin>Telephony>DID Numbers on the Assignments tab:

    and under Admin>Telephony>Extensions on the Assignments tab:

    There's no report you can run.
