    Hello for my organization we have multiple VISNs in our phonebook. Is there a way to filter out the other VISNS? For example it we want the eye clinic we have to type "V06 DUR EYE" maybe I'm picky but that's a lot. Hopefully to make it so just VISN6 populates automatically

    Hello,

    It will match your search with the searchable fields for any match.

    If you want to add some specific search words you could use custom fields for the contact and use one to those that are searchable depending on content.

    Currently Genesys cannot auto‑filter the phonebook by VISN, so all VISNs appear in the directory. To search only VISN 6, you still need to type the full prefix (e.g., "V06 DUR EYE").

    If needed, your administrator can create a custom phonebook or restrict the view so only VISN 6 entries are shown.
