    Hi.
    I was wondering if someone could give me an rundown on how that site works?
    I have a supportcase regarding provisioning hardphones and support are suggesting to use that to provision, and it does not work.
    I have tried to get the support engineer to explain how it works, but I don't really get a good answer, so I'm trying here.

    1. How does that site know that what org the phone is connected to?
    2. How does that site know what configuration to send to the phone?
