I was wondering if someone could give me an rundown on how that site works?
I have a supportcase regarding provisioning hardphones and support are suggesting to use that to provision, and it does not work.
I have tried to get the support engineer to explain how it works, but I don't really get a good answer, so I'm trying here.
- How does that site know that what org the phone is connected to?
- How does that site know what configuration to send to the phone?
