We have not had that exact issue, but last week all of our Polycom VVX-311 phones had their settings reverted after they self-applied the latest Polycom update. Our agents were also getting their calls on speaker phone, but setting the Hands Free settings to Disabled resolved the issue.

All of my agents were defaulted to speaker phone when they came in today instead of "headset memory". They set it, then reboot the phone and it reverts again. Anyone else experiencing this ? VVX601 phones.
