We're looking to better understand the strictness setting when configuring a phrase in a topic. Referencing Work with a phrase - Genesys Cloud Resource Center, it isn't clear whether the strictness setting is relevant when the phrase is configured with surrounding quotation marks. Can anyone clarify? Also, when quotation marks are used to require an exact match, does that exact match include exact capitalization, spaces, and punctuation?
