Workforce Engagement Management

Hi all - is there a way to populate overtime shifts and allow agents to pick them up without a trade shift? I'd like to be able to post block shifts for extra hours and have agents accept them without substantial manual edits per agent if possible.

Your request is one that may be resolved with our upcoming roadmap item https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/WFMSCH-I-6 Schedule First - there will be capabilities that address the need to empower employee's to manage their work/life balance with AI-powered insights and streamlined Scheduling processes. The ability to view their Work Plan, see alternate work plans or request a new workplan is in the works. Trading with the "house" & adding activities to their schedule based on business rules is also being developed.
