    Hi all !!

    Hope you're doing good,

    I have a question, is it possible to add a profile picture on the emails we send?
    Like in the picture:

    You can see my picture on the emails, but the ones sent from Genesys dont have it, is possible to have a profile picture?

    Inline images and personal canned responses will enable dynamic signatures with images.  Out soon.  I see that resource center has the images help.  https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/add-inline-images-to-email-messages/
