Hi guys,
i saw this post: https://developer.mypurecloud.com/forum/t/improvements-to-zendesk-integration-auto-open/4287 Very interesting. So i post an idea : https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CLPLA-I-815
My problem : When we receive a call on Zendesk, Purecloud pop up and do not close before a manual clic on the cloud. But at this place there's the app of zendesk and it is very anoying.
- Is it possible to auto close purecloud ?
- Or move it ?
