  • 1.  Plans for basic features?

    Hi, is there a way to find out if there are plans to add some of the basic CIC functionality such as:

     

    1. Available, Follow Me status

    2. Voicemail being sent to email inbox

    3. Shared Line appearances or monitored appearances

    4.  Ability to have a call-in number to check voicemail

    5. Basic reports since we only have Communicate users (so I can see the total number of calls for a site, or overall in the system).  

    6. Ability for callers to search for a user by last name in Architect

    Contact a sales rep (partner or Genesys), who will have access to the product roadmap...that's the best way I know of.

    For #4 item in the list, this can be achieved using inbound flow and transfer to a number action. The number to transfer to must be set to "sip:*86@127.0.0.1;user=voicemailboxext". Copy the string exactly like it is. You can then assign DID number to the flow via IVR configuration.

     

    For other items, as per George's suggestion, best to contact sales rep.
