    We are looking for an API we can run to look at the concurrency of the org - any help appreciated if others have found a way...

    @Beccy Hunt - Unless I'm missing an API somewhere, this is all we have access to: https://developer.genesys.cloud/billing/

    Given we have concurrent licenses, we use the billableusage API to get our concurrency for the desired billing period from the max user count within each x.usages[#].resources collection. This is an important footnote though in case patience isn't a virtue. It technically should say "wait a few minutes, then keep retrying the same request over...and over..." 😄

    It would be great to understand how we can get the data out to understand how many of concurrent users we have active on the platform at any one time. 

    Would a user presence API be the best for this?

    Hi Beccy, have you looked at the billing subscription tab for concurrent users? Does this give you what you need. 

    Not sure what API that links to though

    I wasn't aware there was one - we have been using the billing breakdown within the UI - I will give that a try!

    They come out in CSV so easy to use in things like PowerBi
