Hi Jason,
In my case, either language set on 'set language' action or default supported language trying to play both texts in 'Ask to Slot' action, resulting one language plays in correct accent and next message segment have the influence of language set in 'set language action' or 'default supported language'.

Once call exit from 'Ask for Slot' action, i can set language based on caller selection and plays remaining messages using correct TTS with 'Alternate sequences'.
Best Regards,

Hey Tibin,
I don't believe there should be any issues doing that. Have you had a chance to read this Resource Center article?

Subject: Play audio message segments in different language TTS voices before the customer selects a language to continue
Hello
I'm working on implementing an inbound call flow/Bot flow that includes a welcome message with two language segments. The first part is "Welcome to the support center. To continue in English, say 'English,'" and the second part is the same message in Arabic.
Can we play the English segment using an English TTS voice and the Arabic segment using an Arabic TTS voice? Currently, the welcome message plays the Arabic content correctly with the Arabic TTS, but the English part also uses the Arabic TTS (since the default language is set to Arabic). Im using 'Ask for Slot' in the Bot flow to get language selection from caller.
After the welcome message, once the caller selects their language, I can successfully play subsequent messages in the respective TTS voices and audio sequences.
Best Regards,
