    Hi,

    We want to play waiting announcement for 1 hour (for example) and once the caller press "1" button (along this one hour), it must create a new callback

    What I think to do, is to add a data collect block on the IQF flow and play the waiting prompt for this duration (1 hour), and collect "1" digit to create callback, if no selection after 1 hour (hearing only waiting prompt), the call should be disconnected.

    My question is: how to play a prompt for a duration (like 1 hour) within "Data Collect" block ?

    I would use the Play Audio toll and play MOH for 1 hour with Barge In selected and the Collect User Input directly after that.
