"Adding an additional sorting feature to schedules like work patterns and work rotations would assist with planning. This would allow a better view of each management unit and would assist with step down (Meaning they can have different start times during the week depending on certain factors. Or they have different weekends off) schedules and allow planners to be able to sort rotations in a quick and efficient view.
Use Cases Since we cannot have multiple work teams the agents can be part of, (work teams can be sorted in schedules). If we have multiple work rotations it is difficult to see who should be on and who should be off the schedule. By allowing this additional sorting feature it would save time for the planners, allow rotations/work plans to be viewed to optimize schedules. In addition- Work Groups could also be added to the sorting feature in schedules, then planners can create work groups to be viewed in the schedules." |
