    we are looking for how to get active call data stream in Genesys cloud CX. Please help on procedure to get active call data voice dtream.

    Hi Prathap,

    This would be better requested in the developer centre forum . https://developer.genesys.cloud/forum/

    If you want to get the events as they occur then notifications via websocket, Eventbridge or using Process Automation triggers.

    If you are looking at the audio stream as well as data then you need to look at Audiohook https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/audiohook/

    There is a usage charge for Audiohook
