Does a permission need to be turned on to create policies based off of wrap up codes? It says No matches while trying to choose one.

The User who is configuring the policies should have the permissions assigned to his/her profile as per https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/create-recording-policy/

Thank you Tatjana! We have ran policies before with no problem, so I'm assuming our permissions are turned on. heres an example of what I'm running into
