    Has anyone used a Poly Rove handset with Genesys? We're looking for a wireless DECT handset to work with Genesys and found these handsets. Just wondering if someone has used these previously and any issues I need to be aware of

    Hi David,

    The Poly Rove handsets are not currently listed as supported, but I did find this idea: Support Poly Rov Phones(Wireless DECT IP Phone)

    It is currently showing as: GA release pending final QA sign off for manual test so should be supported very soon.

    Hey David, I was able to get a Rove 30 to work as an unmanaged phone.  You will need firmware v11 or better on the Rove base station and phone in order to get it to work.  Supporting the Rove phones was supposed to be released this past summer, but i haven't seen any updates on that for a number of months now.
