  • 1.  Poly VFOCUS2 , ring tone after call is answered

    Hello !

    Looking into an issues where the users state that the ring tone continues to ring during the whole call/conversation with the customer. So far I have only seen this reported from users using Poly VFOCUS2 and not from ou users on Jabra.

    We have tried to set up this: Genesys Cloud - Main and general audio config. Have anyone here had this issue and found a solution ?

    Hello Dag,

    I checked internally and I did not see any issues with that headset specifically. This sounds like it's an issue with the headset not acknowledging that the call has connected. You may want to reach out to Poly to investigate this issue further.

    Thanks for checking

    I did some more digging and it looks like this is happening for other types of headset. Ill start with Poly and check for firmware updates and see how that works out. When I have more details Ill open a support ticket if not reseolved.
