    Hi,
    I had <g class="gr_ gr_62 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar multiReplace" id="62" data-gr-id="62">try</g> to use screen pop via <g class="gr_ gr_91 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" id="91" data-gr-id="91">Purecloud</g> browser extensions but seem it pop <g class="gr_ gr_174 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del" id="174" data-gr-id="174">as</g> <g class="gr_ gr_195 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins doubleReplace replaceWithoutSep" id="195" data-gr-id="195">new</g> tab and we set it to pop out <g class="gr_ gr_269 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del" id="269" data-gr-id="269">as</g> <g class="gr_ gr_272 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins doubleReplace replaceWithoutSep" id="272" data-gr-id="272">new</g> window?

    Hi Jakkapan,

    May we know what type of activity are you doing for the new tab to show up instead of a pop up window? Is it during a call flow?

    Are you using PureCloud CTI as an extension?

    Have you already  reached out to our Customer Care for further investigation?

    Hello there,

    from my experience, opening a new windows often get handled by the browser by opening a new tab.  This should be more browser related than PureCloud related.  There are many ways around this depending on the browser you are using.

    One option is to create a Script that pops to a new window.  PureCloud for Chrome will execute the script and pop your URL into a new window.
