    I am getting a pop up saying " The request to get the analytics data retention failed.", even with no screen recording policy active. Why this message appears at any Policies page access?

    Is this still happening?  Looks like error is saying there is no data available for that call.

    I had this same issue/error. You may want to check for the Analytics > Dataretention permissions. For me the underlying issue was that the Genesys default roles were not automatically updating when new permissions were released, including those related to this error.

    As you mentioned , the problem was related with 'Dataretention' permissions. After granting the user the appropieted privilegies the problem was solved.
