has anyone been able to pop interactions answered in Salesforce using the embedder phone. Agents are in a different application and working in a VDI environment, using remote phones for speech.
For call back calls agents are missing the notification for the inbound call back interaction. As the remote phone does not ring until they accept the interaction and try establish call to call back number.
