Because the transcript is not available until after the call disconnects, you will have to call the API to pull it down. The OneView product from Avtex on AppFoundry does allow for this using Flow to pull down the transcript after disconnect.

I read in the GC Forum (Populate email transcript from Salesforce) that Daniel had successfully send the Chats transcript to an activity field within Salesforce.
I've done the configuration:
- create a new field in the Activity object
- set the mapping within the GC package
But unfortunately, the field is not populated.
Did I missed something?
