  • 1.  Popup Customer's CRM with New Button in PureCloud

    Dears,
    I am wondering if I can add/configure new button or area, so an agent can click on it in order to open new tab/window to show the CRM web application.

    Can any one please let me know weather this is possible? If possible, where can I start for this?

    Any ideas/ suggestion would be really helpful.

    The easiest way to do this is to have it in your script. This is how we link to different CRMs easily with each interaction.

    Hello Lawrence,

    Thank you very much for the feedback.
    It already has to be there.
    However, since scripts only will appear with interactions, we are looking for a way to present CRM web application with such as a button which does not depend on interactions (static/always exist).

    Is this possible? Is there a way for this?

    Yeah, there are a few other ways I can think of. For example, we actually have our CRM within <g class="gr_ gr_99 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" id="99" data-gr-id="99">purecloud</g> as a whole - so we don't even access it outside of <g class="gr_ gr_159 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" id="159" data-gr-id="159">purecloud</g>;

    For these, you can either have your whole CRM shown within PC (held within an iFrame)

    Or you can create a webpage that has the button on it that you would then link to again in an iFrame to display the application inside the sidebar, as a widget. 

    We are just publishing a basic webpage with links and button to systems and having it sit within the widget section (Off to the left where the buttons for interactions, chat etc are)
