Thanks in advance for any assistance - 

We are taking over a project for a client who has services being answered by another CC provider... I need to port in (3) TFN's from this vendor to PureCloud to be able to setup and use with our call flows.

• Who completes the Letter of Authorization?
  • Representative of?  (new or old company?)
  • Customer Name:  Old vendor?
  • Customer Address:  Old Vendor?
• Billing info - I assume this is for the old vendor?

I'm concerned with missing a drop dead date of 2/1/19.
