    I can miss the function to group queues manually or by site.  We have PureCloud on 4 sites and have soon more than 100 queues.

    Tobias, can you add a little more detail on what you would like to see, and how you would use it?

    Hi George, 

     

    This is to get a better overview. We have 4 sites and each site only want to see their own queues. Especially the people that do the real-time monitoring. We are also divided by departments such as sales and after sales within these sites. 

     

    Have added a mockup of how it could look.

    Also added some other functions that is nice to have such as sorting on all columns.
