  • 1.  Possible improvements Genesys-Admin UI

    Hi,
    In my daily job i do a lot of admin via the Genesys admin menu in the GUI. Does some one know where i can post suggestions for improvement?
    For example to reduce mouse-clicks during repetitive admin-jobs.

    Greetings Jeroen! Yes, you can search the Genesys Ideas Portal for existing enhancement requests, and post your own if you don't find an existing one.
