Hello,
I'm curious if anyone has setup webhook integration on voicemail received. I'm looking to have it send things like Voicemail URI, Time, and callback address.
I read the integration documentation but am a little confused where to get started with this.

Wrong direction. Webhooks are for your app to send a message into a Genesys Cloud chat group, not for you to receive a webhook notification when something happens.

Thanks Tim,
That makes sense - I was hoping to receive webhooks from Genesys Cloud into Power automate but it sounds like that isn't currently an option.
